What's the difference between buying limited edition VS open edition prints?
About limited edition prints
As the name suggests, only a limited number of prints will be made available for purchase. For example, if an artwork is on limited run of 20 prints, once those 20 prints have sold, that limited edition will no longer be available to purchase. The exclusive nature of a limited edition print effectively raises its value and, therefore, its price.
About open edition prints
Unlike limited edition prints, open edition prints may be endlessly reproduced. Because there’s no limit to the number of prints that can be made, an open edition print is priced lower than a limited edition print.
Do you have framing options to match my artwork?
We do not sell frames with our artwork. Artworks printed on Canvas and Archival Paper are sold unframed. We do provide printing on Metal and Acrylic surfaces that do no require frames.
Will I be charged taxes or customs fees?
In some cases, collectors will pay taxes and customs fees on artwork they purchase, depending on their country of residence as well as the country the artwork is shipping from. See below for more information.
We charge any applicable taxes or customs fees upfront so that you don’t have to worry about paying them at a later time.

How to hang and illuminate artworks
Where to place my artwork?
The artwork needs to be installed in a place that there is no direct sunlight.
Direct sunlight will damage the artwork because of the UV. Also, it will create reflections at the surface of the artwork.
When planning where to place the artwork, you must consider the use and the size of the space and the size of the artwork. Dimensions are very important since a small artwork can be “lost” in a big room while a big one could “dominate” a small space.
You must consider also if you prefer the artwork to dominate space and be the focal point of attraction or prefer to be placed more subtly.
At which height to place my artwork?
Ideally the best place to hang a single artwork is at eye level. The general rule is to place the center of the artwork around 60 inches or 1.5m from the floor (depending on the ceiling height and the viewer’s height some flexibility may require). When hanging artwork above furniture or other obstructions, the eye level rule doesn’t always apply:
What if I have multiple artworks?
When you have multiple artworks needs to be grouped together and treated as one. So, the eye rule will be applied to the focal center of the group. Consider that the ideal distance between multiple artworks is 3 to 6 inches (8 – 15 cm)
Is artificial light required to illuminate my artwork?
Artificial and accent light is very important and mandatory in order to provide more contrast to the artwork, highlight the colors and eliminate reflection from other light sources to the artwork surface. Lighting artwork is largely about preservation as well as aesthetics and needs to follow specific rules (explained below).
What kind of light to use for artwork illumination?
The latest trend is to use LED (Light Emitting Diode) lights and ideally with adjustable power. A led track light or ceiling lights are proposed (sized according to the size of the artwork). The light temperature should be from 2000 to 3000 kelvin for a “warm” feeling and 3000 to 4000 kelvin a more neutral look.
The color rendering index should be at least 80 and above (90 is a very good solution, 100 is the perfect).
How much power do I need for the artwork illumination?
Lighting for the artwork needs to be brighter than the surrounding lighting. As a rule, the minimum required accent light to the artwork, needs to be three times (300%) more than the general room light. Considering that usually the room light is changing during the day, a dimmable light solution that can be adjusted according to the room light is ideal.
How to positioning the lights to illuminate my artwork properly?
The ideal position for the lights is above the artwork at a 30degree angle:
In general, lights should be 2/3rds the width of the artwork and provide proper light to the full area. Proper installation will highlight the artwork without any unwanted glares and reflections.

Who pays for return shipping costs?
We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs) required to deliver the artwork back to the artist. Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site / order (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) but the buyer received different artwork in size or printing material than his order receipt, we will cover any return costs for order replacement.
If we conclude that the artist misrepresented the work (either in the photograph or in the description), failed to disclose important information about the work, or if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the buyer will not be responsible for shipping costs.
