Shipping Info

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates vary based on your location. You can enter your shipping address at the cart page to get the cost. If your address is not supported, please contact us for the shipping costs. This is because unlisted address shipping is based on a custom price that changes according to your location. Our delivery estimates are between 10 to 15 working days, but you will get a more specific estimate with your tracking number.

Once your order is completed and shipped, we will send you an email to confirm shipping and also your tracking number to follow your order.

Kiran Fine Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Kiran Fine Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Kiran Fine Art is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our buyers. Production starts in 48 hours after receiving your order. Within this period, you may cancel your order but bank fees will be charged if applicable.

After this time period, you cannot cancel your order as the unique production has already started.
